Our branch supports two local projects: After an extensive look at our long-term financial situation the PGRTA has set some money aside to augment a denture program (through the PG Council of Seniors) and to establish an emergency source of funds for students in the Education program at UNBC. These programs are in addition to our long time commitment and support to SD #57 bursaries for graduating students beginning university / college studies.

	This photo is taken from the Yellowhead Bridge looking up the Fraser River past the railway bridge (originally built by the Grand Trunk Pacific , 1914) The confluence of the Nechako and the muddy Fraser gives the 2 colours of water.
